Default Would you have a set of 2 diff. side color wheels?

Hi,
I got the idea from 1 of the C6 member and I think it is not bad at all. Nobody can see all 4 wheels at the same time and I like Chrome and Anthracite. Would you do 2 wheels on the driver side in chrome and 2 wheels on the pass. side in arthracite ?

I seen a guy with two different style of wheels on each side of his porsche. Looked like crap. IMHO

So, this is what happens when you've got too much of a good thing, eh?

Unless you're getting PAID to do some marketing for different wheel styles, just go back to the drawing board and erase this bad idea.

If they are staggered correctly front to back and the tires match (tread pattern, and width) like you said, you can't see both sides of the car at the same time. My brother did this a long time ago with a '63 Chevy, chrome reverse on one side and Mags on the other, all were 16", same width, with matching tires, unless he parked in front of a mirror you wouldn't notice. The thing is you can see it in your minds eye but in actuality you can't see both sides at the same time no matter how hard you try.

I wouldn't do it personally. And I think anyone that noticed would think you damaged a couple wheels and couldn't afford to replace all 4 or find 2 new to match the old ones.

But, most people won't notice, and no-one could see all 4 at the same time. It's your car, so do what you want. Or better yet, buy 2 Vettes!!!
