you did great!!!!!!! i was opening this thinking " here we go, a spray painted rough finished frc." not here!!! these look freakin perfect!!!
what you did to these is not too different than painting a car!! when i was 18 yrs old i had a bunch of quotes to paint my first car, that today seem cheap, but back then seemed like a fortune to me then. so i did a similar thing to my whole car. i sanded it down to all metal, used laquer primer, laquer paint, and laquer clear coat. sanding in between each coat. and there where lots of each. i spent about 1 1/2 years doing it non stop almost every day. the car sits in my garage today and still looks perfect!! and has about the smoothest finish i have ever seen on a car. its like glass all over. it has not been waxed for 10-12 years. but its only been out of the garage about four or five times in that same time. and while standing by it you can see the hair on your legs in the reflection. prep its the key!!!!! and you seem to have figured that out pretty well!!! those frc's look good!! post a pic of them installed for us to see!!!
