Default Tire height, speedometer question [rim change]

Hey dudes,

Running stock wheel and tire sizes for a C5 and I want to change to a 18/19 set up. Finally ditching the chrome bling wagons , due to there not being a 18/19 replica set available.

Basically, if I put C6 size tire and rim sizes - will there be any speedometer modifications?

Here's the complicated version... since I currently have a 45 profile and a 17 inch rim & a 40 profile and a 18 inch rim... if I change to a 40 profile and 18 inch rim & a 35 profile and a 19 inch rim, there should be no speedometer modifications right?

Thanks guys and have a great weekend

So the stock C6 size set up is very close diameter-wise, so no modifications need to be made? (i hope)

By using that calculator.

The OEM fronts on a C5 coupe and C6 coupe are BOTH the same diameter. 245/45x17 & 245/40x18

The rear diameters are very close, C5 at 26.7, C6 at 26.9
275/40x18 & 285/35x19
