I know how upsetting a ticket can be, I've had my my share of them, but the officer was only doing their job.
The best advice I can give you is to think of all the times when you were 20 or 30 MPH over the limit and didn't get caught. I for one would be broke if I got a ticket every time I was over the limit.
Take a couple of Aspirins, you'll fell better in the morning.

I can understand your frustration.........and I think part of it could be that maybe, just maybe, you were picked out because you have a BRIGHT RED Corvette.
I have my doubts that a soccer mom, driving a mini van, while talking on her cell phone, with 9 distracting kids in the back, would have got the same ticket doing the same speed.
But I guess that's just life, bright red sports cars attract lots of things....including cops

because you shouldnt get a ticket for 10 over on a lone country road....65 compaired to 55 means nothing...why is it illegal to speed...becuase its dangerous to myself and others i guess, when the cop that passed me had to turn around and go 30 to 40 over to catch me, all while his lights were off...irony. bottom line..i fvcking hate cops

I would be pissed too. You were probably the only car on the road and the cop had nothing better to do than pull you over for terrorizing the streets.
Your looking for sympathy in the wrong place. This is corvettforum...where nobody commits a crime. Ever!
Ive ran into a few cool cops, but for the most part they are arrogant ****** who think they are above the law.

Be careful what you wish for.
It may a "fvcking cop" who pulls your crumpled *** out of your vette and saves your life after you wrap it around a tree or a light pole going 100 mph over the speed limit!
