New problem...turn on my right blinker/turn signal...it goes really fast. The left one is normal. Could this be a short or ground problem? Anyone else had a similar problem?

turn your way(hazard) flashers on and off a couple times and then try your blinker...
If it is not a bad bulb it could be the start of a very common problem with the flasher

Don't forget the DRL bulb is dual filament for both DRL and turn signals. They're on seperate circuits so one can be out when the others working

Make sure it is the NALL which is the amber one or else you will get the clear ones (which look cool too!).

Have you checked the turn signal fluid level? Fast blinking is a sign of the fluid getting low and air getting into the line.

Shouldn't this topic be a "Sticky" post either in this forum or the C5 Tech forum because of the extreme frequency of its appearance? It's such a very common problem with a variety of diagnostic steps and fixes that are all very good.
The burned out bulb due to water intrusion into the socket because of a cracked lens housing seems to be the usual culprit. Followed by the coroded socket contacts, then followed by the defective Hazard/turn signal flasher module.

I am having the same problem for the past week. Is that one bulb that is for the blinker and DRL or they are 2 seperate bulbs and is there directions how to change them, is it something i can do in few minutes.

One bulb. Dual filament. One for turn signal. One for DLR. 4157 nall or 3157 amber for both #s.

I can change a turn signal bulb in 2 minutes flat. I'm 6 ft, 250 # with larger than average arms.

Turn on headlights with switch-turn switch back one click. Headlights are off but stay open.

Unscrew the hood support bolt with the rubber bumper on top. Put your arm into the opening and remove the socket from the lens housing by pushing in the locking plastic thing and tuning a quarter turn. This is all done by feel.
When the socket is free, push the brake duct down away from the small oval opening in the front bumper. Pull the socket out through that opening and change the bulb. Reverse these steps to put it all back together. After you do it once it will only take about 2 minutes to do it again. No need to lift the car at all. I've had to replace 3 bulbs in the past 2 weeks. I'm getting pretty good at it now.

NolaVette94 is right its easy once you figure it out, I changed mine for the first time yesterady it took me 5 to 10min to get it done, I had to find the plastic thing. No tools required other than a flash light if u r doing it at night

I keep dropping bulbs in the opening when I go to change them ( front turn signal ) . Anyone know how to get them out. I can see them through the lens.

All you have to do is push down on the brake duct just inside the opening (Smaller oval opening) below the lens. The duct tubing will disconnect from the opening and you just push down on it a bit to move it out of the way, and then you can pull the bulb socket out into the daylight to change the bulb and to inspect it for damage or even to replace it if needed.
