Gas Prices $4-5 a gallon?
I just talked to my sister in law in northern West Virginia. She said a BP was at $4.50 a gallon. I just went out and filled up here in Atlanta for $1.53 premium.

Gas here in KC went to $6/gallon. The authorities have spoken and said that we need to bring our receipts in to them and they will deal out the fines. Price gouging is not acceptable.

It's a reference to the crap like this that goes on in smaller towns, like Hebron, OH, population 2,076. Where I went five over the speed limit, and got a $100 fine. Histrionics/Hebronics. Get it now?
