I'm just glad I'm not alone.
I would add this one.
Your daily driver is worth twice as much as your vette, but your vette sits in the garage and is totally pampered.

I DO feel the need to constantly flip thru the engine and tire readings, I do it three or four times on the way to work everyday. Of course, everything is always fine. I owned a modified 3000gt VR4 before the vette, and that car NEEDED watching or it would try to spin a bearing or overheat all the time. Both me and my wife thank God everyday that I got rid of that Chinese puzzle box and got the Corvette.
I love it. I even passed the police doing slightly over the limit (they were traveling the same way as me, everyone else behind me slowed waaayyyy down, but I just kept driving about 60 (limit 55), and they smiled and waved as I went by. The rest of the common motor vehicles were too scared,

What about this one...Whenever you see a nice looking Vette pass buy and you are not in your Vette, You compare it to your Vette. (that was a nice Vette BUT mine is better(shinier, crome wheels, sounds better, nicer color, more power, better lighting, better rims, the guy is not even driving it right, not lowered, etc.. the list goes on...)

A guy I did not know came up to me after the Cruise In banquet with an alarmed look on his face. He then asked me "Do you have any detailer spray?" I said yes, and he then pointed out some bird poop on my black coupe and suggested I clean it. He then stated "That stuff can really damage the clear coat." I cleaned it off.
Whoever you were, thanks, I really appreciated your advice and concern.
