MODS & TUNER IN OHIO
Anyone have a reliable company for mods and/or tuning in Cleveland, Columbus or Cincinnati,OH. Akron and Toledo would also be ok but a little far. Any help or info very much appreciated.

I'm in Columbus. IPSMotorsports (ipsmotorsports.net) has done all of my modification/tuning (e.g., cam install), and they've been great. They work w/ Brian Turner at DynoTune Motorsports (dynotunemotorsports.com). They have an expert LSX tuner that works with them - his name is Eric. They've modified and tuned five or six C5 Z06's that I know of - including mine. Both IPS and DTMS are top-notch operations.
If you call IPS (614.444.5884), ask to speak with Jeff.

Yes these are the guys you wanna deal with. Eric did the tuning on my car as dynotune did the dynoing for me. IPS did my tranny swap for me. Great guys to deal with. I wouldnt use anyone else...

I am Aurora and work in Mentor, I have researched and found Hutter performance, they are doing my H/C package in a week, family type atmosphere and very freindly and knowledgeable. the owner Ron Hutter has a z06 highly modified and they have a ton of data on lots of mods. they have a site at hutterracing.com, you can also call them the tuner is Trevor Hutter.

This is very cool. I live about 40 minutes north of Columbus and will be looking for someone to do headers on my car along with a computer tune this spring.
You say a number of guys in Columbus have had work done by them, can you elaborate on what they did and are doing for you.
How is their pricing and how does the computer tune work?

You need to call them to get pricing on install as I dont know what it is. Eric our tuner has HP tuners for all OBDII cars to do the tune.
