A vette is a special car. Make sure you get what YOU want so you won't have any regrets. I could have gotten some deals on colors I didn't want and tranny's I wouldn't be happy with. Be patient and the right car will show up.

I'm one of the younger guys on here and I would put pewter on the bottom of my list, and not just on Corvettes but on T/A's and Camaro's. I find the color to be, how can I put it, BLAH (lol). If I had a choice between pewter or something similar like silver, I'd go silver - my 99 T/A is silver, and I wouldnt trade it for pewter any day. It depends on the year, but I like being seen in a color thats not so common, like my 99 Nassau Blue (pics soon!) or as I was originally looking for, a 98 purple pearl metallic. I'd buy an aztec gold corvette if there were more than 15 of them!

Love My Pewter
I couldn't be happier with my pewter color. For one thing it doesn't show dust and dirt as much as the other colors. And it really looks sharp with the glass top and polished wheels. I've had it six years and I'm not sorry I bought it. I wanted black/black but I knew I couldn't take care of it the right way. Good luck with your pewter!!!
