looks really good to me.

for those looking for a how-to check out the audio section and look under the c5 audio faq sticky.

I looked into having these bezels made and it's just way too much money to invest as an individual. :-\

I am sure it would be expensive for an individual investment , but if we can get a group commitment , a serious one , maybe we can have a company mold and mass produce a clone of one of the better CF members modded pieces . I would definitely join the group .
As many members as there are out there itching to go double din ,
a great repro with a double din design would be worth the money.

Just my $0.02 worth

Note to all enterprising business /vendors....

This is obviously a part that has legs....you could sell bunches of these on line (ebay, websites) and on forums, and in speciality stores (both electronics and auto) If it is expensive...so what...few Vette owners quibble about the really hot products......a GP to intro with a good finished product could launch a tidy little product line...one trip to Carlisle and your it!..there is bound to be someone here with the experience and connection.....price it out and then advertise it here...you might be surprised!!!!!

thank you for the inspiration . wish mine turned out like yours . I did follow your cuts and method . In the finished product though you can almost see the traces on mine , and the curves around what used to be the ashtray were especially hard to do . I am leaving it alone for now, but maybe one day i will tear out the bezel and fine tune it some more. I owe you a
