Default ramps

How are you going to get the rear ramps under the car?

I've done it jacking rears up first with chocks against front wheels then jacked fronts and slid ramps under fronts. This way the rear brakes(and in gear) hold the car from moving forward when you jack the front. Use jackstands for safety.

Assuming you have a pump handle hydraulic jack its simple. Center lift the
front end and put it on ramps or stands. Then center lift the rear end and
put the other set of ramps in place. I use this technique to change the oil.

That's how I do mine and I feel safe when under the Vette to do my oil changes.

No, I can't get a jack under the rear end with the front up on jack stands. When I change the oil, I will just jack up the front, pull the plug and set the car down on the drain pan for 15 or 20 minutes. Then jack it back up and replace the filter and put the drain plug back on.

When the car was at stock height, I would pull the front up on ramps and use the jack to raise the rear then put it on jack stands for the oil change.
