Default the Vette's new home:

ALmost finished now.
Had the builder do a four car garage, with 5/8" sheetrock (better noise insulation), heated, with a drain, and cathedral ceiling.
Thanks to all for advice. HEre are some pics:

Both bays:
the near bay is two car, side-by-side; the end bay is two cars, double deep.
You can just about make out the hi-lift rails in the far bay, that hug the ceiling, for a future lift (thanks to forum members for the advice on that one!) bobcat is not mine:

The Near bay:

The far bay again-- hi-lift rails a bit clearer (getting a side-mounted door opener. wasn't available now!):

Far bay-- the cathedral ceiling is visible in this one (again, for the lift )

The far bay-- double deep

The drain:

You gotta love a floor drain in the garage... It makes it so easy to do whatever, whenever... I know I like to wash my cars in the garage when it's so dang hot outside and no shade.. oh yeah, it's awesome!!

I just gotta figure how to pay for a lift...

Sweet garage!!

Very nice garage, they always say you can't have too much garage. Wish I had a drain in mine.

That is going to be one very nice garage - lots of room to work on and pamper the Vette.

Sweet garage!!
A drain seems like a good thing, but it raises a question for me: How do you keep from getting everything inside the garage wet from overspray? Adjust the flow down to a trickle?? There are times when high flow/pressure are needed.....

Nice garage!!!!

Wow! Congratulations! What a beautiful garage. And, it is set up just right for a lift, too. Enjoy.
