Oh brother!
That looks like the leaf blower that was posted a little while ago. Except the leaf blower got better numbers.
The ad says 25-40 hp and then they show a dyno from a customer that got almost 20. What a joke.

There is actually a company that makes electric superchargers using vortech head units with a high torque motor. They are easy to install on a car and can boost as much as you want but they draw like 50 amps so you can only use them for short spurts (like nitrous). I think it is around $1600 for just the head unit.

these things have been around for awhile. I think they are bilge (sp?) pumps for boats. Yanno, flip the switch,it pumps out all the fumes in the boats engine bay.
