Default [STL Area] Anybody know a good painter/body shop??

Hey guys,
I have a spoiler on order, just want to know of any good painters in the st. louis area. Anybody have any experience having some body parts painted to match? I just hope they can match the pewter paint--I heard that can be difficult. One vette owner suggested Concord Auto Body- anyone heard of them?

Thanks
Rob

Freer auto body in Godfrey IL across the river is well known for quality.

Default (St Louis area) Anybody know a good painter/body shop?

I was always pleased with Elco Chevrolet. Check with my former club, The Original Corvette Club of St. Louis.....www.occofstl.com
I'm sure they'll have suggestions for you. If you don't hear anything back email me and I'll hook you up with two members who'll be able to help you.

If you don't find anyone that'll do the job you need, let me know. I'll paint it and ship it back. As long as it's wrapped good enough (and the paint is FULLY dried) it'll ship fine.

Cornerstone Autobody in St. Peters does good work. They painted the ACI front spoiler on my 02 and did a fantastic repaint on a friends 62.

Good to know. Not too many really good body shops in this area, but St. Louis is not that far away should the need arise. Thanks.

I paid $175 for prep work, Electron Blue paint and clearcoat. I installed it myself.
