Had a scan done the shop said it was running rich, I had them reset it and see if it comes back. Can this happen to new programs Ed Wright did the program it may be rich just to be on the safe side. Can this hurt the car?

Running rich will not make the check engine light come on, atleast not until the plugs foul and cause a misfire, if the light comes back on you need to find out what code is coming up in order to fix the problem

The code is po172 too rich fuel bank 1 I had someone say this could be a program problem or it could be a leak in the vacuum. I had the code reset but it came right back. Its hard to have just get the car back with the blower on and not be able to run it. :banghead:

Found out what the problem was. The new fuel pump is very strong and keep the fuel rich. We had to adjust on the dyno and the car made 525rwh with 5 1/2 lbs of boost.
