Default Supercharger vs. H/C/I

Our C5 makes 429 NA to the wheels with a big cam, stock 241 heads and LS6 intake and with a converter, gear and drag radial (along with LTs, tune, on and on) it will run low 11s. We also have a very nice complete nitrous system (stand alone fuel cell, all necessary electronics, etc.) and makes 565 to the wheels on a 150 jet. I need to tighten the converter (Yank SS4000 to SS3600) to be able to spray it at the track. My goal is to run solidily in the 10s and then spray it to run 9s (can be a 9.99 for all I care). My first thought was to upgrade the heads, intake, TB, etc. For about the same money I could do a supercharger. Which would be better. Would a blower (looking at Procharger) knock 0.5 off of my ET?

I would think an A&A V3ti w a 3.8 pulley would drop you AT LEAST a full second.

stroker kit, and 243s are so cheap no reason not to throw some on there, springs will swapp over.
