Very solid build, with some very nice parts. Any idea as far as hp goals? I'm assuming 93 + meth as far as fueling, that 383 should yield some pretty solid pump gas numbers! This was pretty much the exact route I was going to go until I picked up my 427. Excited to see the results man

Loving this combo and the engine ****. It's a pretty darned close combo to my own. Does the TSP block offer longer sleeves at all? That's one thing I'd have gone back and done differently if I had known I was going to snowball from a basic blown rebuild to something more dedicated is opt for a better aftermarket block.

Eager to see this run and what numbers you pull out of it.

I appreciate the comments. Yes, 93 gas and boost activated meth. This build has taken 10 months so far. Many of the parts have been on backorder and the backlog at Texas Speed and Performance to have an engine built is 4+ months. The actual install / labor / street and dyno tuning can take another coupe of months for a shop to complete. The first part I ordered was a super charger kit from A&A with a Ti trim head unit. However, after noticing the current market value for very low mileage factory "take-out" LS1 engines.... I later decided to sell the factory LS1 and put the money towards a fully built TSP 383 stroker since I live right down the street from TSP. So at this point, I built the car with forged internals / dedicated A&A fuel system with upgraded pumps / and A&A 8 rib direct drive pulley system.... with the option of upgrading to a Ysi head unit, if I choose to later on. Right now I have a 3.6" pulley and 8" over drive crank pulley. This combo on my car maxes out the V3 Ti trim Vortech unit at... 52,000 impeller rpm @ 6500 engine rpm.

Vortech V3 Ti trim Spec's:
Max Speed: 52,000rpm
Max Boost: 26psi
Max Flow: 1,400cfm
Max Power: 950HP
Peak Efficiency: 75%
Discharge OD: 2.75”
Inlet OD: 3.75”
Inducer Diameter: 3.51”

Thanks! Yes, I did upgrade to a new Gen 4 block instead of using a used Gen 3 LS1/LS6 block that has smaller cylinder walls. TSP discussed this with me during the design phase. This requires a few modifications (valley cover / couple of sensors relocated / wire harness adaptors / engine mount clearance / 24 tooth reluctor wheel welded on to crank / ect.), but simple when planning and building everything from scratch.

See? We're more alike than we thought. I'm also running an LS2 block. I will be curious to see where we end up shifting in relation to engine vs head unit rpm. Either way, this general combo is apt to make more power than either setup will easily put to the street and in my case I can see pulleying up a bit. Ysi is a solid option for the future. In my case the car came with the cathedral headed 225 prc, so in the future I can always opt for the rec port to upgrade. And some companies offer different impellers and bearings for the Ti as well.

PK Auto Design
$3250 for BC Wheels (Wilwood big brake fitment)
19x10 +57
19x11 +60

Nitto 305/35R19 through tire rack

Right now I currently have them on my other LSx454 C5 Z06 and dropped this car off with my cheaper Forge Star Wheels. I might sell the Forge Stars and buy another set of BC's once I get the car back.

The real Nappa Leather seats by Ridies took a little while to have custom made, but finally arrived!

Love the build! You will probably be at the limit of your fuel system if you are using 93 or may not have enough. If you are using E85 you don't have enough. I would also expect the 60# pound injectors will be just about maxed out.

I made 710rwhp on a 403 with A&A TI3. You have better heads and will be pushing more boost. I'm running a 525 pump. My 80# injectors are running at 70%.

Also don't let the meth system be the band aid. Just my two cents.

710rwhp on your stroker 403 is very impressive. My fuel system will be:
A&A Fuel System Single Pump Kit (rated @ 800hp)
-Racetronix 255 Intank Pump Upgrade
-Racetronix Fuel Pump Wire Harness
-ECS billet C5 fuel block for gas tank connection

*Plus Snow Meth kit

93 only here! I would NEVER run Ethanol through my expensive builds. Too many long term issues with minimal gains for me. Maybe right for others, but not me.
Ethanol has a corrosive action on fuel-system components, magnesium, aluminum and rubber. In the long term it can and will affect fuel hoses, fuel pumps, gaskets, seals, fuel filters, fuel injectors, throttle bodies...ect. Also, E85 (Ethanole gas) can have a short "shelf life" due to being very hygroscopic (attracts water) and I wouldn't recommend letting it sit in your tank if you don't drive your car often and the E85 concentration from different gas stations can be an issue if your car is tuned on the edge for E85.
