Default How reliable is your SBE

Curious to see how reliable everyone’s SBE boosted or sprayed is. What is your setup and power numbers?

Mine has been boosted since roughly 30k miles currently sits at 102k. Makes right under 700. APS TT 15psi 1.8 ratio rockers, small cam w/ meth. Bout to turn it up more.

Nice. What kind of fuel? Rev limit? Thinking about switching over to boost for 1/2 mile events.

I have a HCI set up making 48xrwhp on motor and 620/600 on a 150 shot. Runs good, but not as consistent for 1/2 mi pulls.

SBE for 4 years/10k mi...only a couple bottles through it though

93 w/ meth, rev limiter around 6800, I’m on a c6z tr6060. My cars seen 190mph+ handful of times and a huge amount of 40-160 pulls

Just saw one on a local car show. It was C6 though. Stock LS2 with twin turbos and E85, obviously, as a fuel. 217 mph at a standing mile. Which, I guess, is flatout at something like 30 seconds or so.

He is running a centrifugal supercharger where you have a turbo. PD blowers ,nitrous and turbos are way harder on bottom ends than the linear powerband of a centri. Thats why so many centri guys get away with making a bunch power for years ons SBE's.
