Default Supercharger blow off valve

I have an old P1 stage1 Procharger kit on my 98, it has the orig. blow off valve on it yesterday I was ordering more oil and in specking to the tech I mentioned a issue I have had for some time.
I suspect the BOV is to small and he confirmed that is indeed the problem then quoted me a price of $459.00 plus shipping for a kit to replace it.

In looking at the schematic there are only 3 components to replace 1 metal tube with a 70* bend a 90* rubber hose and the valve itself.
How in the world could it be that expensive to replace?
Have any of you done this and what were the costs?

$250-300 for the bov, $25-50 for the necessary pipe/hose/vacuum line, and an hour of labor, sounds about right to me
