RKTPerformance and RPM are the two most people seem to use for trans and rear end work on here. You might check some shops in you area and find one closer to you.

Unless you have a gear forging it cannot be done and then you would have to finish the complete pinion then the cost would far exceed whatever benefit you would expect. Not to mention the gear noise and durability you would have.

give rodney at RPM a call
if you are running really big hp consider a different pumpkin
I think what you are asking for is made out of unobtanium and will end up costing you more for a 30 spline solution
if you need a good rear, swap in the 9" with fabbed half shafts and you will be much happier and end up costing less.
the modular housing stuff is light, strong and the 9" ford has lots of aftermarket support
some folks cheap out and use the 8.8 which is pretty strong too

the new z06 diff is plenty strong too
I'd sure look into that as a viable option You have to do a cradle swap and run the more modern suspension but that's no big deal vs lots of custom fab stuff

The last time I had my drive train out, I had RPM set me up with a 30 spline tranny shaft and a 30 spline Ring and pinion gear, got it all to pretty good, and things have held together well...KNOCK WOOD!!!

Jason at tdp is a good guy but I don't think he has the ability to do that kind of machine work... I for sure know rpm can do it and Rick at rkt56 might be able to as well
