Default Xander Performance's "Vader Vet" Build

Alright guys figured I'd start this out. I am teaming up with a few people to get this build setup including Mike at The Race Engine Shop here on the forums and Trust Automotive here in Chesapeake, VA. The car is a 2002 Corvette Z06 that has had a few build but as of recently, spun a cam bearing and now I am tearing the ENTIRE car apart to do one last big build on it which will be geared for the half mile events with a side of drag strip visits. I'll give you a few pictures of what the previous build looked like and then I'll upload some pictures of some of the goodies the car is getting. The build won't happen over night but it will have some progress. Looking to have the car finished in time for next year race season.

Here is a few pictures of the old build and then what i found which led us to find out we had a cam bearing issue.

Here are some of the nice parts that will be going in.

The DSS coupler delete carbon fiber drive shaft

LG drag spindes

Hinson offset TR6060 mounts

Proefi 128 with custom harness

Gforce1320 Outlaw axles

Proefi Canbus gauge

The engine will consist of

Wiseco Boostline Rods

427 LSX

Picked up some ecs half shaft loops for added safety.

I will upload more pictures and parts as I receive them or when I get pictures.

Lots of work ahead of you and lots of $$, when do you plan to be complete? If you're done for the Wanna Go Fast 1/2 mile in Florida end of October let me know I'll line up next to you. Should be a good race looking at what you have so far

Could you take a bunch of pics of your firewall / wiper cowl to show the detail of how much you cut out to clear the high ram?

sorry I did take pictures but decided to start using a camera. Bad thing is it takes an sd card and my MacBook Air doesn't have that lol. Pics coming soon.

Here are a few more pictures guys

Why hello there. Thanks for the set of Delrin Bushings. These will help keep everything aligned properly with no real bushing flex issues.

Right out of the box.

With the packaging off here are all the delrin fancy stuff. Pictures of install and what not coming shortly when I get some more time to clean up some stuff and get back to work. Currently battling a few projects so please have some patience with us.

Here is a picture of the empty engine bay. Firewall was cut a bit for the holley hi-ram. Will be going over that part again to possibly clean it up a bit.

Thanks and will post more updates when we can!
