I'll buy one if it will fit (C6). I'd have to look at it closer to see if there's any chance of it working

I really like the bearings though. Mine is really creaky feeling when I try to move it, presumably from the lack of bearings in the factory units

If the main plate is spaced away from the blower, I can make shorter spacers and sandwich a plate between theirs and the blower housing. The plate will need to be made out of a thick piece and machined with an offset so that the part that protrudes down from the blower is even with the main mounting bracket. That's where the tensioner would bolt to.
I wonder if they would sell me a bracket?

You could modify the bracket at home with a drill, 3/8 - 16 tap and a saw of some type. The bottom of the bracket just needs to be trimmed enough to allow the arm to swing through it's arc. The one problem is that there is an existing hole that intersects the point where we need to put a new one. That hole needs to be welded up and milled smooth before the new hole can be drilled and tapped.
We can modify the bracket and install the new tensioner for about $400. (including the tensioner of course)
I am supposed to get 25 completed tensioners today so we should be good to go by next week.
Don't forget to save two for me

When will those radiator hold downs be shipping out? I'll be ordering a set.

As for the pulley - it's on my list after I get the system tuned and dialed in.

Looks like a quality upgrade. I'm in the process of changing from an 8 to a 10 rib and this is coming out at the perfect time.

Email sent to Josh, waiting on availability.

Hopefully late next week. They tended to flex a little more than I liked so we added a small gusset. I got a couple of the finished product today.

I don't think so. I would need to make some sort of a mounting plate.

Just Call the shop. We have a bunch now.

We started shipping kits with the new tensioners today! Five went out today and it looks like six for tomorrow.

Here's one... Do you guys still produce brackets for prochargers? If so, what would one cost with the new quick change pulley piece?

We have 10 rib done with the 8" balancer. The 8.5" balancer is still in question. I may have to rotate the tensioner further than the present design will allow. It's possible I'll need to make a specific tensioner for that. ( will probably have to be more expensive to make a small number of them)

Yes. 10 rib with 8" balancer is done. (see above)

Yes. We still make the procharger bracket. I think it will be right at $800 for the complete setup.

Right now we are modifying the the existing bracket to accept the new tensioner. I'm having a complete new bracket made so I don't have to spend the time doing this for very long.
I don't have a price on the new front plate yet. I'll probably sell the tensioner and front plate as a unit. It will bolt to your existing rear plate, spacers etc.
Yes. 10 rib is available.
We are shipping complete kits with the new tensioner but not tensioners by themselves just yet.
