What route would you prefer for fuel system?
Thinking of future mods, what would be the best for me taking into consideration we only have 91 octane fuel. Ill be wanting to put in a small cam to go with my supercharger. I already have a Walbro 450 running on 91 octane.
91 octane+meth or E85?
Ill need new injectors for the E85 plus a new tune, anything else? Im guessing $1000 for injectors plus $500 for a new tune, speed density I think. Roughly $1500.
For the meth setup, Alkycontrol kit is about $600 plus a new tune, $500. Roughly $1100.
What should I do?

Cant really find much with google on what else is needed. I saw a few people asking about E85 fuel systems for 1200hp, I dont need that.
I thought if I already had the pump then hopefully I could just throw in some injectors and a tune. Also was thinking E85 would be a little bit better in terms of one less thing to go wrong if I wasnt running a methanol pump.

I like e85 vs meth injection for that reason of pump failure and inconsistent spray I have seen. However you can argue the other side and say a second fuel pump can also fail and cause a lean condition. If e85 is readily available then go with that.

You mentioned that you only have 91 octane in your area. Is E85 readily available?
More importantly how much power are you planning to make? It's hard for anyone to speculate on your current pump selection and future fuel system capacity without a target rwhp rating.
Just as a point of reference, I made 800+ rwhp with a 255 in-tank, return style system, 93 octane and dual meth nozzles. No issues with the meth system in 4 years of use. I will be replacing the meth pump on this next build to be safe.

ISIS SUCKS FAT CHOAD
If you decide to run E85, be sure whatever injector you use is internally ready to handle the E85 because E85 likes To absorb water. A typical fuel injector don't like that! A quick search on the interwebz will yield all sorts of stuff on this topic.

Im thinking around 550whp. Might have to pulley down also. Im still on the stock block so Im not looking to make gobs of power. I know a lot of people would run meth. Im not even sure if one Walbro 450 would get me there. It just sounds easier and more simple to just put in injectors for E85 if it would. Theres a gas station with E85 about a mile from my house.

He said he wants 550 whp, don't need 1300's, even on E85. However I am all for room for improvement, but still wont need 2000's, I am going to run bosch 127's and with my set up should have enough for 900 whp on E85.

Walbro 450 + Bosch 127s will be perfect for you. Add a BAP if for some reason the 450 is not enough but I have a hard time imagining it's not at 550 or less.
E85 is the ****...if you have it around you it's a no brainer compared to 91+meth.
Hell at 550 whp you could run 1000cc injectors but for the minimal price increase just do the 127s and call it day. Don't be afraid of the stock block, 550 whp is nothing ESPECIALLY with E85
