another HUGE question that got all the other fast supercharged cars here in the forum want to know???
WHY DID U SUGGEST A LS2 INTAKE AND LS3 TB ON MY C5 WHEN ALL THE OTHERS USE A STOCK 78MM TB AND LS1 /6 INTAKE FINE
WHY IN THE HELL DID I NEED TO CHANGE THAT???more money more parts????
theres many many other supercharged cars in the 8s 9s with what i had with 0 issues

why does my car surge?
why does it not start or run coldand smoke my neighborhood up with fumes do u want me to help with answers..I paid U to do that twice to do that?
maybe u need to keep car overnite and do a cold start up tune ...not have them go nuts trying to get in touch with u for another 660 tune

Sorry if whoever you spoke to about tuning doesn't know how to get an LS3 to work on a C5.
To take this one step farther, I told you to leave the car alone. I told you NOT to change the blower, I told you to go and enjoy the car and NOT spend anymore money on it. Remember that Paul??

Your throttle body was shot, that's why it went into REP at Atco and you couldn't get your 8 second pass remember?
Well actually I couldn't get your 8 second pass for you so you could brag about it on here.
Sorry if whoever you spoke to about tuning doesn't know how to get an LS3 to work on a C5.

You can't even add huh? Not surprising. You paid for two tunes at a discounted price because you completely changed your combo and needed a retune. A combo change that I told you NOT to do.

As far as the tune goes, no one is a God of tuning, sometimes they need a tweak, I would have been happy to do that.

Do you even know why LS3's are considered not usable on a C5? Obviously you do not. It's not the idle, it's a WOT problem. A problem of which you do not have. So apparently I am one of a small handful of people who know how to make them work. That and a $1.50 would get me on the city subway.
Again, you were in the car the entire day we tuned. You would not have taken the car if it was that bad. If there is an issue I would be happy to correct it.

i wanted to keep it the way it was
if u seen my build on what i did myself u would have a totally diferent aspect on things..
IM gonna learn how to tune myself...im a carb guy and an awesome mechanic doug would vouch for that he complimented my work all day long his customers were a bit stuned when they saw my vette and how i pay attention to detail like no other
