Default Skip 255 and go to 340 for in tank pump

I am researching fuel systems and it was suggested that I skip the 255 in tank pump replacement and use the 340. Goals would be to support 650-700 rwhp with an ECS kit. Can you fit an aeromotive or racetronix 340 in the tank without much fuss?

Combo would be boost a pump + in tank pump upgrade. I will be running meth too but I don't want to have to worry about the fuel system. On the flip side I can just get the ECS stage 1 kit and call it a day but I like to see my options.

The problems with most of the in tank pumps is that the venturi is not on most of them.

I plan to leave my LPE 255 in tank and a add a Bosch 044 to turn on via hobbs switch that currently runs BAP. All with the return line, boost fuel pressure regulator, etc with Bosch 95lb or injector dynamics 1000cc injectors for Pump and meth

Danz also had a good idea with the surge tank set up here https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...-c5z06-16.html

Then there is always the UPP system with the Bosch 044 for a few hundred less than the ECS kit but no fuel ring like the ECS kit.

Been really happy with my UPP setup with the upgrade pump. The ECS ring is a nice piece but not required in adding a second fuel system as long as you don't mind drilling a hole in your tank. The only thing I did different was eliminate the Hobbs switch and installed a micro switch under the gas pedal. At WOT the pump kicks on and pressure stays constant. Before with the Hobbs switch I would see a little drop in fuel pressure till it was activated and then it would go back up.

I skipped both and just put the 400 in mine. Works like a champ without a BAP.
