Default Finally joining the FI club - ECS kit on its way

So its about time I got off my *** and went FI, I sold off some NA/Nitrous parts and ordered myself an ECS kit. Matt @ FSP hooked me up and I am getting a ECS 1500 kit in matte black

Here is a break down of my plans, aiming for spring to be completed (staying NA rest of summer until the snow falls)

Then I guess I'll powder coat my valve covers and coil brackets to match the blower for ***** n giggles.

Already have a built trans, hardened output shafts, mantic twin.

Poor mans drag pack (z06 17" with hoosiers and M&H runners on GTO spares) for track and R888's for street.

Just waiting on that bad boy to ship and I'll post some pictures, pumped to say the least

Awesome man. You are gonna love it. ECS makes a great kit. Winter builds are the best.

I followed your build, very nice Your stock gaskets composite or MLS? I put the composite (IIRC that is what they are called?) in by accident when I should have used MLS a few years ago.

I got the drag pack a few years back, pieced it together. GTO fronts and then got the 17's and added tires.

1500 equals a T trim and should keep me happy for a little while lol

Thanks for the laugh, although I hope that doesn't happen to you (unless of course, you're looking for an excuse for bigger, better, faster....)

Is ECS 1500 is equivalent to Vortech S trim? if so than change to bigger head unit....cause you will in future...lol.
From what I've been told it's bigger and more comparable to a D1sc Procharger. I'm sure someone will chime in.

More PSI than my stock short block can handle no doubt. Once my "base" FI build is done and used thoroughly I will save to forge the internals but that is a while off. Still need to collect parts for this build, hope my kit ships from ECS soon

I would really like to attend a 1/2 mile or full mile event after this setup is complete.
