Default Need help..Z06 procharged a/f ratio

I was recording some wot 3rd gear pulls last night and noticed that my a/f gauge drops to 10.5-10.8 between 4600-5400 rpm. Other than that rpm range, it runs from 11.1-11.5. Just wondering if that seems normal or should I have my tuner look at it.

Do you have Meth?
It's not a big deal. The opinion on what is the "best" afr in boost ranges from 10.5 to 12 depending on who you ask. It would be safe to have a nice smooth 11.0-11.2 or so, afr with it maybe dipping into the high 10s at upper boost level. That being said, my progressive Meth makes it a little tricky (time consuming) to get a "straight" AFR line.
It's not going to really hurt anything, but the next time you tune, see if they can bump it up.

Thanks! No meth, but it seems weird that it riches up in that specific rpm range then leans back out...

Are you a maf tune or sd? Where is your peak torque? The tuner probably has it rich at peak torque.

If the VE table is "off" in that particular area, so will your WOT.

I would be looking for 11.2 ish at WOT above 4000rpm without meth and 12.0 with meth...

10.5-10.8 you are running fat and loosing power...

Move that wideband up closer to the collector as well.

Ok I will move the wideband and see if it reads any different. Also i just replaced bank 1 o2 sensor about 4 days ago because it had a slow response code. I used a new Bosch sensor. Could this be causing some problems with the a/f?

No, WOT do not use O2 sensor inputs.

Hmm so why all of a sudden would the A/F go rich?

Maybe on the dyno your car made more torque with a richer mix?

Several other inputs into the computer can change fueling, like coolant temp, air temp, throttle position. could be a boost leak/Air flow issue or fuel pressure change.

Just got done installing a factory O2 sensor and now the A/F only went down to 10.9 for a split second at 5k rpm. The rest of the rpm range was showing 11.1-11.7 fluctuating. So it seems like the O2 sensor might have been the problem...

Your narrowbands go to ZERO when you go into PE. They have nothing to do with WOT fueling. Like the other poster said, maybe you have a boost leak.

Are your LTFTs turned on? If they are they will add fuel. So say for instance they're +5% during part throttle then they will add 5% more fuel in PE aka WOT. If they're on then have the tuner turn them off. You don't need them.

My boost gauge show full boost. I guess I just need to bring it to the tuner to have him look at it.

When I talked to Julio he recommended that I run 11.2 WOT and ~10.7 with meth.
