Duel intank fuel pump, anybody else?
I recently did a all new fuel system from front to back all new -6 hoses, fuel pressure regulator, return style from the regulator. The reason I did this was to run e85 and plus I love doing it. Any how, I installed a duel intank pump, had to custom make it. But it works awesome! On 16lbs (P1-SC-1 Procharger) made 700rwhp. But I was just wondering if anybody else did a custom duel pump system? The wires were made to look more professional after the photos.

Nice install. Those 2-1 billet pump adapters from Racetronix are pretty slick if you are plumbing back into stock hardline through fuel hat. I have 2 pumps in my tank as well, but ran independent lines through the hat by welding an additional -6 bung to it.
One question though.. if the intended fuel is E85, then why did you use a rubber hose? Any worry of it breaking down or compatibility with the alcohol?

Yes, cause the stock fuel lines are small and the pumps are 680LPH Dual Pump Assembly from racetronix and im using 80lb injectors.

ISIS SUCKS FAT CHOAD
the good rubber submersible, hose for EFI systems is indeed expensive for what it is. I bought a foot from a local autoparts store and it was around 30 bucks.
Good job on your new fuel system!!

Well on mine being a 99 they won't but they are in the same area as a factory one would be. Late 03+ the socks will sit on bottom of tank, the 08 ZO6 I made it sit about a 1/8"-1/4" off the bottom.

I'd like to try doing this with the new walbro 450 lph pumps that work with E85
how does it work out without the fuel bucket? could the fuel bucket be trimmed and modified for the larger pumps?
I need to get to 900 rwhp on E85 with 127 bosch injectors but would like to stay with an intank dual pumper if possible to be quiet and reliable
can you provide some more details on how you did this? parts and where to get them, ect.
looks great and exactly what I want to do!

On the 450 lph pumps im not sure they will fit, I work at HawksThirdGen and we have the 400 lph E85 pumps and I can measure them and see the size difference. If my memory is good I don't see them fitting through the hole. But I can measure and possibly come up with something for you. My set-up barely fit through the hole. its almost the same exact size as the bucket is. But I didn't use the fuel bucket, I got rid of it. you wont need it. the only issue that im having is at a 1/8th of a tank its pretty much empty and im sputtering. I did this only on my car cause I wanted to test every little situation I could so when I install them on others I'll know. On your 450 lph pumps will have to make a bracket to attach to the hat part of the bucket, as you see in my pic. other than the wiring that's it. The socks will hold up the pumps off the bottom of the tank. My system and the pumps will hold up to 1400 hp, according to Racetronix. I have a return style fuel system, that consists of all new -6 lines, fuel rails, and a fuel pressure regulator. I would do it this way to make sure your fuel system is complete. and you wont have to worry about it any more. I run E85 also, and Im having zero issues Racetronix didn't say exactly its e85 compatible only cause they cant vouch for it and that your at your own risk. But they say e85 compatible on the same pump on sold individually. you could call them and ask. But im running it, and they pump very awesomely! PM me if you have any questions. Good Luck!
