Default Carbinite coated supercharger pulleys prevent belt slip?

Was Reading on Dragzine about a new product to help reduce or prevent belt slip. Any one try this yet? What are your thoughts?

Carbinite coated supercharger pulleys bridge the gap between cogged pulley & 10 rib conversions and the more mild 6-8 rib serpentine set up's commonly offered for street use.

Expected Results:

~ Reduced Belt Slip

~ Increased Boost

~ Increased HP/Torque

~ Eliminate the need for costly 8 and 10 rib conversions

They work-but only if your car is a dedicated track car-street car they will eventually eat through your belt.

It would probably work better if they coated the crank pulley since that is where the slip is happening. Coating the supercharger pulley is a waste of time and money.
