Default Overheating/Running hot issues

I have a 2004 Z06 with ans STS twin turbo set-up. I have new custom built motor LS3 bored and stroked 402 with 9.5/1 compression. This car runs very hot. Like 235 on the freeway with the AC on. I do live in Phoenix but I think I should be able to drive normally let alone romp on it from time to time in the summer.

I think the intercooler is blocking the air from the radiator and the AC condenser. It is a very large intercooler in front of the radiators. I think the air dam is not letting air get threw to the radiator.

I have thought about ditching the one large intercooler and going with 2 smaller ones on each side of the radiators but I would need to get rid of the cooling ducks for the brakes it I do this. OR even ditching the intercooler all together.
