Just installed a Mantic 9000 from ECS. Haven't had a chance to drive it yet. It went in easily. :yes nod: Quality is amazing.

I have 635RWHP and daily drive. I have a Centerforce DYAD. Its excellent.

I would never put a Spec clutch in my car. EVER!

I ripped the Spec Twin (garbage) out of my car for a Mantic twin, and it drives awesome. I didn't shim anything, just installed like Doug said. Worth every penny and I didn't even get a remote bleeder with mine

Whew that sucks man. Stock resurfaced flywheel in both GTO and C5Z

Pedal is definitely firmer but feels much better than stock. I took out the clutch spring by the pedal as well and think it has a more consistant feel through the pedal travel. Stock 04 ls6 slave cylinder, stock master cylinder, ss lines and remote bleeder with no shifting issues or sticky pedal etc.

A good friend of mine has a lpe 383 c5 z06 with a mantic clutch. I am going to try to catch up with him and take it for a drive. I looks like it will certainly be the mantic. I appreciate all the input as always.

Seriously give the DYAD a look. A&A recommends it to all their Supercharger guys. It feels great even in heavy traffic.

The McLeoud RST Twin is definitely a great clutch for a high powered street car that's not going to see much drag racing. The pedal engagement is fantastic and mine never chattered.

I currently have a textralia exo skell triple disk clutch. It holds monster power and is fairly street friendly but leaves plenty to be desired in pedal stiffness.

I'm going to make the switch to the mantic twin.

Textralia exo skell triple will be up for sale when I do.

You should have received a bleeder with the twin, kind of too late now, but when your ready for any other part for your car, contact me personally and I'll make sure your compensated.

Glad your happy with the clutch!!

I would go with a Mantic 9000 kit. I've been loving mine.

Replaced my LS6 clutch last year with a McLeod RXT. Currently 560whp/504 tq , not monster numbers but having a lot of fun. Stock pedal feel , daily driver, I launch hard and it takes it. No trips to the track, but hp/tranny upgrades soon. I didn't want to have to replace a clutch any time soon even when increasing WHP. Why do half a job.:thumbs
