Default Dyno update

Went back to finish tune after fixing boost leak.
Made 607whp conservative tune, none-meth dependant, 10 #s.
I am happy with it, drives nice and plenty of power for me.
I was surprised was still making power at rev limiter 6700, never dipped down. Was hoping for better mpg, only getting low 20s on highway, Z06, but is what it is.

Need to look into sporadic problem, where car will not even try to start sometimes, my 95 hs same issue, very odd. It did it today with tuner of course.

Thanks for everyone's help with various issues along the way.

Damn good #s considering all the facts.

The ignition switches are notorious for crapping out. There's a sticky in the tech section on teardown & repair.

Keep in mind that your cats WILL fail in the future, it's just a matter of when they will fail. You will be shaking cat guts out of your mufflers and hope that chunks don't get stuck!

Meth kills cats, I recommend you punch your cats now or go with a cat less X! JMHO!

But for at least one time clown I agree with you. Clown the wifey wanted to go out to steak & shake the other night. And I was thinking about BG KY. But it was buy one get one free thing.

20 mpg not good - Have your tuner check and adjust the "Deceleration" Tables - same thing on my buddies '04 Z06 F/I -

He was getting some really really bad MPG's, 18-20 MPG, my tuner went in on the tune on the street and low and behold the deceleration tables were way off, he adjusted them to the correct settings for his set-up and Bam 25+ MPG on the highway!

A lot of tuners bypass or forget about adjusting the deceleration tables and only adjust the Acceleration fueling tables and that leads to the loss of MPG's!

STARTING Problem:

Sounds to me like your fuel pressure is bleeding off and leaving the rail empty or not under any pressure -

I remember a while back another member had this same issue, can't remember if it had to do with the new fuel pump he installed and its check valve bleeding off pressure or if it was the stock one -

It is possible to install an after market inline one-way check valve if you wanted -

I hope this is what you were talking about or is it NOT TURNING OVER? when you talk about not starting?

Thanks,Matt

I got 25 MPG on my drive yesterday - 734 RWHP A4 3.42 gears D1SC Procharger etc. etc.

It all comes down to the tune and all necessary tables filled in and tuned properly!

Decel tables are best done on the street, street tune!

Thanks,Matt
