(Crank pully diameter/Step up ratio) * max Engine RPM should calculate his impeller speed.
(8/4 * 4.50) * 7000 or whatever rpm hes going to shift at should give his blower impeller speed.
Based on my calculations if he shifts at 7,000 RPM's he should be at an impeller speed of 60,000 RPM
That blower has a maximum recommended impeller RPM of 75,000
He won't even be making that blowe work at that point.

i have no idea what boost it will be making i know its a f1c blower and its a forged 6.0 iron block. the reason i posted this is with a aluminum ls2 and dish pistons and a d1sc and twin i/c all other parts the same i made 704 which i thought was really low but the motor was crap bad bearings etc. so the builder said i should make 800 with this setup and i was like wtf!! with just a i/c swap from duals to a single should have got me 770 give or take a few hp alone and now upping the compression from 9.1 to 10.1 way bigger blower flip drive and single i/c with a 4.0 pulley he is saying 800 so with all that changing of stuff if i only pic up 100 more rwhp i will drive it off a cliff with him in it
I am with you guys thinking right around the 1k rwhp but we will see i guess

Also more than any part in the motor Rick, That is if all parts & tune is really good. The CAM is going to have a big part in the rwhp & rwtq #. I wanted a good street cam also in my build where the Cam would not wear out the top of the motor ever 5,k miles on it.
Hope to go one size lower in pulley size in BG KY next month will see how she does by the seat with that. If no rain this week end will be going to the 1/8 track this Sat, since it rained off and on all of this last weekend here.. Robert

quite a bit of missing data, don't kill me for my guess, but I wanted to throw my honest bid.
837 SAE corrected
That kinda power will get your blood pumpin.

What are the cam specs? Lunati has several voodo cam configurations for the LS engine.
I'm going to guess somewhere between 15- 18 psi boost.
