I had the sequence backwards - I corrected the above post and also inserted the correct description here too -

Its a Bulkhead fitting so there is a "Large" nut on the inside, this is the nut you will tighten - I also put a little locktite to keep it secure - You do not need to needlessly crank down hard on it and overtighten it, just enough to make a good seal, which is what will happen with the 3 layer silicone coupler -

The outside Nut is part pf the Bulkhead itself -

Thanks,Matt

Find a barb fitting that also has a threaded end - either a nylon one or a brass one and use that -

You will be able to securely put a nut on the backside or inside with of the coupler and add Loctite to the threads too -

You can get Nylon barbed fitting at Home Depot - in various sizes too -

Thanks,Matt

Nice write up and pictures Matt! One question why do you have a check valve inline from your catch can to your blower inlet?

That's is the correct way it is supposed to go -

That way you pull from the natural vacuum of the motor on the TB while driving, cracking the one-way check valve open - Leaving the Blower one closed and allowing the fresh air to be pulled across the motor -

Once you go into Boost the TB one-way check valve closes and the check valve that goes to the Blower cracks open allowing the fresh air to be pulled across the motor -

Once you get out of Boost it closes and the other opens - Super simple!

Thanks,Matt
