there is a picture in the other thread "weld rts offset" od the stock and the drag spindles side by side. The top arm (if thats what you want to call it) piece with the upper ball joint, is like 2 inches shorter. Everything else is same as stock.
Install was real easy, and for added insurance, i got a 4 wheel alignment.

depends on which Vette you have.

I have a Z51, I had to buy base C6 rotors, and abutment brackets. Caliper, and pads are the same for mine.
If you have a Z06, I assume you have to buy calipers and pads, as well.
If you have a base model C6, should be good to go, with a small bit of grinding on the caliper.

How hard is the swap? Can it be done in a garage without a lift?

He has a 2000 frc. The c5's just need some grinding, no brake swaps.
15x10 7.5 backspace
Should have mine mounted by the end of the week

Swap is very easy. just need basic tools, car only needs to be high enough to get the wheels off. I did have to go buy 1 socket though, the one for the axel nut, it is pretty big, i forget the size, but i googled it when i was at the parts place, and it was right.
Yes, i believe C5 brakes are small enough and only need light grinding done.
Depending on which wheel you get, some of the 15's out there are made to fit like 16's, I got the dark stars, and had to grind very little on the Caliper, and did not have to grind the bottom of the control arm at all.

That is a perfect fit on the car.

I see you guys haven't done the fronts yet, Hoosier is postponing their front 17x4.5x27 now, something wrong over there. Only leaves one company that makes a front in that size in bias ply M&H.

Looks like you are running a rear radial though, I have heard of people cramming a 7" tire on them in radial, and also people running motorcycle tires on the front.

I am just waiting for the Hoosiers, so they can match though
