These are fantastic Injectors. We've used these on a LOT of projects lately.

You bet and there also available in extended tip design for FAST 102 intake.

The LS2/3/7's require adapters.

I am working on a thread for the C6 section right now.

I could be wrong but the adapters add $36 to the cost.

connector adapters not height adapters right? It looks like they are only available in extended tip for LS3. If using a GM LS3 manifold that wouldn't work

I don't think there's any need for the extended tip in a LS3 manifold.

I used the extended tip 1200's in my FAST 102 because of how far up the FAST places the injectors over stock.

That is what I am saying. I only see the ls3 style available in extended tip not standard length.

Looks like I'll be on the list for 1000's. My tuner was " like really, these injectors again?" to me when he tuned my FIC 1000's, and 72's. Not that he couldn't do it, but it just took him a bit more time on the SD tune to get the little things perfect since he wouldn't let me take the car back if he wasn't satisfied with the tune. As you know how particular I am now with how my cars drive with our lengthy cam talks, same way with anything that effects the tune. A good tuner will tune any of these injectors to drive good, but the less stress I put on him for the hours of tuning my cars, the better.

Now let's get the parts for the rest of my build in the next couple weeks!

I think your tuner will have a pretty easy time with these.

You are correct the LS3 and LS7 are exteneded tip-and from what I am told and experienced from my own car-work even better.

They give a much better shot of fuel towards the valve.

I am trying to get a pic of the injector in a LS3 manifold for you.

These are the extended tip 1200's in my car.

Regular injector in the FAST

Here you can see the benefit of the extended tip design

So it sounds like to run them it would require me to run a FAST which will cost more then just buying IDs and keeping my LS3 manifold. Oh well , it sounded nice.

There is no need to run the FAST, the extended tip works just fine if not even better on a regular LS3 or LS7 injectors.

Lost of people are using them with no issues whatsoever.

I've been running these for a bit in my 427/ turbo car with super victor intake. The extended tip is the *****. Tuning was real easy. I idle these at 800rpm and can lean it out to 17-1 if I want.
