Awesome Scott! A couple of us guys are planning a BBQ one Saturday at PineValley going to run our Vettes and see how we do. It should be a blast, I'm wanting to run mine since I've switched from my VMax(weekend dragbike) to this C5.

Hoosier makes a 28x10x16 slick you could try, I thought MT made a 28x11x16 slick but I can't find it on Jegs anymore.

Cheapest thing I'd try is M&T inner tubes, 16 rim screws on each side of the tire around 12.5 lbs of air

Nothing going to help if the track prep sucks which is usually the case on T&T days.
Join a track rental or enter an event and track prep should be much better.

Aint that the truth. I ran at a local track last week for T&T Wednesday and my short times ranged from 1.3 to over 3 seconds. All over the map as the street tire cars kept screwing up the track and the general prep was marginal at best.

Shall I post up pictures of the old setup???

It was great to finally meet you and get my A/C fixed up, so I'm glad we're both happy! That's what a fair trade is all about.

It's been crazy hot here too. I'm watching the news and two different cases where parents left kids in the car with 100+ outdoor temps. Both in blitz's state of Indiana. one car was. 124 degrees inside and the kid was 2 years old or something. What the hell is wrong with people now days?

Ok end of my rant and thread jack.
