Nice man. looks like you have forced induction in your future. Thats a lot of plumbing you have to do there! I had a turbo'd Ranger once and the only tip I can give you on turbos is check the play on the shaft. take the pipes off to where you can see the compressor and grab the nut and give it a push and pull, if it's tight your good to go. If not, they may need a rebuild, this happened to me when I had an oiling issue. Looking forward to seeing how she runs. Must sound interesting with the turbos spooling up behind you.

Looks like the kit is in pretty decent shape. I debated on going with one of these kits before I got mine. You could also put a small kit on it that shuts off when boost kicks in to make up for the lag that people complain about

Idk pipe looks intact I think the tip is crooked. This may be the kit I'm thinking about too. Had 9k miles on it, nice and cheap too

Now would be a good time to wrap the exhaust while your at it. Helps with spooling. I would replace the clamps with T bolt clamps as well.
