After chasing the fuel pressure issue, we ended up seeing 644/540 @ 12lbs yesterday with a 6-rib 3.85" pulley on my P1...looks like I found the little P1 that could! Time to throw some methanol at it before it sees boost again. This car has demons, but all the work was finally worth it yesterday. Big thanks to Jeremy Formato for yet another kickass tune and C5kid/other forum members for helping me chase all the stupid, unexpected problems out of the car.
What were your issues? I might be having the same problem.
How did you test it? Or did you just throw a new alternator on it? I took mine to advance for them to test it and all was SAT.
Long story short, I swapped my 40k mile alt with my father's 80k mile alt to diagnose a squeaky pulley on his car. Never bothered swapping them back until I had the issue.
