58 psi from intank pump

regulator set to 58psi w/ 1:1 increase under boost, peaks about 70psi.

Idle 56psi, not sure of the vacuum though as my Spa gauge reads in 0-11 increments.

Should be 58 psi with 1:1 with boost running 78-80 psi, hope that helps

Be careful Drew. If you deviate from where it was tuned on base pressure and then go boost referenced, flattening out your IFR table, you are going to change the accuracy of your tune. It should be 58psi with the vacuum line off.
When you apply the vacuum line with the engine running, you'll see the pressure drop relative your idle vacuum.

x 2. The high end depends on the boost you're running.

All the cars with return systems that I do I set the base pressure to 50-53 with the vacuum line off.

I do this to get more flow out of the pumps.

For example a Walbro 255 at 50 psi flows 250 lph, at 60 psi it flows 238 psi, as psi goes up the flow rate goes down.
