curious if there are any fitment issues when installing the A&A kit on a C5 that has a 92mm fast intake and a ls2 90mm TB? Will the supplied couplers work and fit correctly and I assume the TB will need to be turned 180* aswell.

Yes it will work, the couplers are fine.
You will need to flip T/B over, extend the harness.
Will need to move the p/s reservoir forward to clear T/B motor.

Yes. You can probably find a thread on the forum to see what others have used to do it.

2001 C5Z here:

Is the inlet duct that goes over the radiator gonna fit a full size Dewitts Aluminium rad? Not the cut down version, the standard m6 one.Basicly new rad so dont wanna change it .

Thanks

Yes you can still get it to fit. We do it all the time in the shop. If you have any trouble call and talk to one of us during the weekdays.

-And what do i have to do to make it fit properly ???

Dont wanna insist but im looking to order my black kit on monday from one of you Montreal Dealer (Alex Bonhomme) .And this is the only question that bothers me a lot.

-Also while i got you, im using a 10 UD damper that is also nearly new so i wont take it off.Its keyed because my forged crank got a woodruff key. What pulley size do i need to compensate the UD damper in order to get 7-8 psi at around 6500 rpm ?And what belt lenght do i need to order to have everything setup good?

Thanks
Eric

Just install it and make sure you have it pushed all the way down in the radiator cradle.

I'll have to check on the pulley and belt size Monday when I'm at my desk. I've got notes saved that I can look at to help you with that. Send me a PM as a reminder please.

I'm changing my oil for the first time. How do I check the fluid level when the dip stick isn't vertical as intended? I used a syringe to remove about 3.25 oz of oil, so I put back in 3.25 oz. That's probably ok for now, but if I keep doing it that way eventually I'm going to be over or under filling it.

The V3si has little ridges in the dipstick that allow the oil to stick to it.

the whole supercharger is rotated so the dipstick is almost sideways compared to the photo below. I assume the dipstick isn't going to be very accurate in this position.

See my old post here about V3 info.

http://forums.corvetteforum.com/1583583764-post1.html

You can't always assume all the dipsticks are the same. Just drain the headunit out the bottom hose and then refill with 3.8-4oz and then see where it shows on the dipstick and then make a mental note that is your full mark on the stick.

Hey A&A I have an 03 Z06 conpletely stock with 34k miles an I am really interested in your kit. I just want the standard kit that will definately get me the power numbers that I am looking for. The car is a fun weekend toy and will not be a DD. I am just curious how many lbs of boost the kit makes to achieve those power numbers. I would only like 7 lbs max. Is this feasible? Thanks!

We would send a 3.8" pulley for your LS6 and it would make about 7-8# of boost and be just fine, even for DD. You will love the way that car drives after adding some boost to it.

Pull the tirgger. I put the the V3 si trim kit on my otherwise stock 03
Z06 last year. It makes 592 RWHP with the 3.8 pulley. Andy and Josh have been great deal with. The set up is awesome!

I just bought a v2 kit for my 99 c5. I have heads/cam/fast 92 set up.
227/243 | .62x"/.62x" | LSA115+4 - cam
317 heads
lg motorsports 1 7/8" headers
What size pulley should I run to get 8-10psi?
