Well, LOL, when I read the title, I get the impression you live in West Virginia and are looking for the closest place to buy either a kit or a nitrous refill. I say there's a reasonable change that's why you haven't gotten a response.
Get with Robert from Robert's nitrous service. He specializes in LS based nitrous systems and will steer you right from the beginning to the end.
