...and please also leave out the 1/4 mile timeslip comments as well. It would be more appropriate to ask for lap times at Laguna Seca or other roadcourse since the Corvette is DESIGNED to be a sports car rather than a drag car.
It's ALL good, we're driving Vettes and having a great time the way we want so post your numbers and be proud to own a Corvette

Here I will lighten up the thread some with my numbers. Mine is 290rwhp and 250rwt and I can't handle it

I like the discussion and not like it's completely off topic. All in good fun. I guess we won't talk about which tow vehicles have the most TQ, cause that's where it's at.

"Streetable", mine's completely streetable. Small cam, light clutch, full interior, can sit in bumper to bumper traffic moving a 2mph for hours in 110 deg south Texas summer weather with the AC blowing cold and won't overheat and I can actually listen to my radio without having to crank up the volume all the way...

I find it interesting and very F'ing cool that the list shows a norm of FI C5 vettes to be in the 700 and 800 rwhp range, with outliers on the higher and lower end.

now that is a true statement...LOL
My 04 repsol was making 182 wheel when I got rid of it. HRC power kit stage 3 lower, HRC head, cams, computer, exhaust.
Working on a stretched turbo busa now for the straights.

Back to topic. I also never was a fan of big HP numbers if you couldn't lay down an ET to back it up. However, now I have a reason to go for numbers only. My motor was built to 1000hp specs, but have never pushed it close, so here is what I have so far. I am happy to be in the 600hp club, for now, and a new current goal of joining the 800hp club.
408ci LQ9
Stock LS6 heads/intake
200 Dual Stage Dry
644rwhp and 717rwtq
The biggest TQ over HP on the list, outside Funcools mighty Maggie (you can see by the pic why I am a fan of the Maggie, LOL).

Already done a low 10 second run when it was N/A. Made a drive of 79 miles to the track, made my runs and then drove it back home. It was my DD back then so come Monday I drove it to work. That is streetable in my humble opinion. I would disagree with a vette being only a twisty car as there are plenty on the strip and we do just fine thank you!
