Default ECS SC kits powering the fastest Paxton and ATI Vettes!!

Hats off to JRcruisin and FLP performance for a new PB this weekend at the LSX shootout of 9.21 from his 427 F1 C5! And that was not "on kill" either! He was actually looking to go 9.50 for the index class!

John has had our latest ATI brackets for some time now, which are nearly identical to our Paxton brackets, along with our standard intercooler etc, and one heck of a build (and trans) from the guys at FLP.

No special drive system, not a cut up race car, just a mean street car layin' it down!

It was a pleasure meeting you this weekend John, congrats on the new PB, I know eights are just a pass away for you.

Thanks for the atta boys guys - Doug and Chris have been in on the "Barbie Vette" build from the beginning by colaberating with Dan Bills the owner of Finish Line Performance, Chuck Johnson the owner of Finish Line Transmission, and Rodney the owner of RPM Transmission. If it wasn't for the unselfishness of these great guys sharring information many of our Corvettes would be nowhere near the levels they are at. The performance of Doug's car this weekend has inspired me to "bump up" the setup and move toward the next level leaning a bit more toward performance and a bit less toward street. This should help with bettering my 60' times and launches which will help make my 2000 C5 Coupe a tad more competitive. I look forward to our continued relationship which will benefit the entire Corvette Drag Raceing Community. - SEE YOU GUYS AT THE TRACK!!

JR

So when is someone on the forum going to run 8's with a 4L60? To me that is more impressive than with a glide. No disrespect to Doug which his car is bad *** also.
