Default Group buy interest in Crane valve spring compressor tool?

Hi gents,

With the demise of Crane Cams, there is a sizable void in the market for a number of good items. One of these items is Crane Cams valve spring compressor tool. This handy little tool makes life a lot easier when changing out your valve springs, and well, the part speaks for itself. We are in a positon to produce these if there is a sufficient demand. Group buy pricing expected to be in the $89.00 range.

Any feedback is welcomed.

Eric

These little tools are indeed a must have. Folks don't realize the benefit until they need it. Crane had a really good idea.

Let's get a list going. Keep in mind retail on these is $122.99, and that's the pricing just about anywhere you look. Plus that's if they even have them.

I'm in but want to know if it will work with AFR 205 heads. I read that it needed to be modified to fit the AFRs.

That's a good question and I'll ask the engineer next time I see him. I know there are 4 models out right now, with this being for the LS series.

Thanks!!

A lot rides on how many folks go in on it, I'd like to see at least 20-25 folks reserved. We've got the samples are ready to turn on the machines, but we just need a little quantity to get them going.

Thanks!!

Eric

It will work with AFR 205 heads. I used the Crane tool a couple times on my AFR's with no problem whatsoever

There we are then

Here are some pics I took this morning of the sample pieces. We're ready to get going on these when we get the numbers down.
