Default Presale for complete IN TANK fuel systems, good 1000HP, and mega 2400HP kits!!

Hi guys,

With all the popular demand and great support through the community, we at RSI are very excited to offer the presale on complete 97-02 C5 intank fuel kits. These kits are very thought out and range from a stout 1000HP dual Walbro 255L/hr kit to a 2400HP quad Walbro 255L/hr kit! We're building these kits from the ground up using only the best lines, best fuel rails, best fuel hangers, etc. That's right gents, you heard right... A 4 intank pump system that does away with the syphon system for good!!

Let's go through the run down of each system.

***2400HP intank fuel system specs***

The quad pump system is very innovative. It removes the syphon system from the passenger tank altogether and ties the left and right billet fuel pump hangers by way of a cross bridge line to equalize the tanks. This kit is ideal for those pushing in excess of 1000rwhp and also those running E85, methanol, or alcohol.
  • 2 billet fuel pump hangers (1 left, 1 right)
  • 4 walbro fuel pumps/ w filters
  • 2 distribution blocks
  • 1 crossover line connecting the hangers (equalizing the tanks)
  • 8 injectors, choice of size
  • 2 massive -10AN rails
  • 2 RSI inline fuel filters
  • 1 Aeromotive fuel pressure regulator
  • 1/8npt fuel gauge
  • All lines and fittings
  • Special power distribution box Plug and Play to your your stock harness and to the RSI Hanger Assembly. If you start losing fuel pressure this unit will cut power to all the pumps and save your engine.

With 4 pumps flowing at full bore, your fuel needs will be met 100%!! and with in tank pumps!

Special presale pricing $3495!!

***1000HP intank fuel system specs***
  • 1 billet fuel pump hanger (1 driver side)
  • 2 walbro fuel pumps/ w filters
  • 1 distribution block
  • 2 massive -10AN rails
  • 1 RSI inline fuel filter
  • 1 Aeromotive fuel pressure regulator
  • 1/8npt fuel gauge
  • All lines and fittings
  • Special power distribution box (if fuel pressure drops below preset amount, all power to pumps is cut)

How much power is supported by using your pump amd stock fuel line (i.e. no return).

I'm not trying to make a dyno queen only around 650 to 700 rwhp on a single turbo.

2001 six-speed, 416 (LS3) motor.

If you're planning to stay with the stock line/rails, then the billet hanger will work supply plenty of pressure for those power goals. Drop Will at RSI a line, and he should be able to give you the rundown on what it takes. He's putting together a kit that includes that GM push/-6AN fittings that lets you use the twin pump hanger with stock lines.

Thanks!!

Coming up very soon. We're gearing up to run a batch now. The beauty of the -10AN rails, they're massive so you'll not be running out of fuel anytime soon.

Thanks!

I've just gotten word that the presale pricing is good only until they kits are finished and ready to ship, and after that the presale pricing will go away and a new intro pricing will be applied. Folks if you're in the market for a great fuel system that will meet all of your needs, and even allow for future expansion, please consider these kits because the price is right and the quality is exemplary. I gurantee 100% that the customer will be satisfied, if not estatic.

The quality of this kit looks second to none. I have seen pressure drop on twin bosch 044 pumps over 1000rwhp. This fuel system looks to be the answer in my opinion.

Thanks much for the kudos, LB. It means a lot coming from a gent with such an intese build. I strongly believe that this system is the answer to the issue of running out of pressure under high load. With 4 pumps flowing you have comfort in there being redundancy, so there's enough fuel for a ton of HP.

Thanks again LP,

Eric

Hey Sultan how's it going. Congrats on getting a fine fuel system. I remember our threads from a couple years back trying to get the C5 fuel system figured out for big HP. I finally got mine sorted, but then again am not at the level of HP that some of you guys are. Make sure you take pictures and do a how-to again, if you would?

Its the same as the factory setup .

The venturi block is billet aluminum with -6 fittings instead of the plastic unit .

Its mounted just above the stock venturi location because of space restraints but other than that its the same system .

2x -6 feed lines come out of the tophat and go to a Y block and combine into a -8 line and go forward to the fuel rails .

One of the -6 feed lines gets the venturi block inline to feed the 2nd tank .

The return line from the 2nd tank goes right back into the tophat for its return .

Very simple and very easy to setup .

Maybe this weekend i can get some install pictures up of where i ran the lines .

Hello,

The 1000HP system retains the syphon system while the 2400Hp kit does away with it altogether. Zoomz hit the nail on the head as far as its operation. We should be wrapping up the hangers in a matter of a few days, and the rest of the kit should be finished here shortly as well. If you'd like, we can pencil you in for the 1000HP kit so you can get in on the lower presale pricing when it's ready to ship.

Thanks !
