I'm really interested in the pipe and inter-cooler routing.

How so? Pictures?
I should have some pictures after I receive the new sway bar from the customer. His was just a little bit too big.
I'm not sure if the customer is going to want this anymore.. I figured I'd jump the gun and go ahead and post this for sale unless he tells me different.

I got some new pictures up this morning. This will be the first setup we've done with a new intercooler design. We decided to take the sheet metal end tanks up another step:

We had to relocate the oil cooler as well. It turned out really well...

I know some of these pictures may seem like a broken record to some but I try to get creative as much as possible... Here is a picture of the drivers side turbocharger before we install the i/c ducting.

Here's a classic shot of the downpipes installed. These things fit like a glove everytime

I never get a chance to take a picture of the methanol injection but I caught one just in time on this install. Its nicely tucked up under fender lining. (ECS dual nozzle kit)

I hope to post some more this weekend. If there is anything you want to see specifically I'll do my best to snap a picture for you.

Happy Friday w00t w00t!

Nick

Thats all Bob's ideal, does look good there. We finish up a Z06 install by OCC and we moved the oil sump pump to there and in fit well too.

I did a wide body conversion on my C5 and I don't have stock wheel wells or the access panels up front like a stock C5.

I don't have any pictures of what it looks like underneath yet. Here is a piture of the car in question.

I went with a forged 416 FI motor from Nick Steffens and I'm looking for a compatible turbo sytem that will work with the body kit.

I run 305/19's and 345/19's on the car and need to clear the big brakes and any piping.

Thanks for the great pictures so far. BTW, what exhaust (cats and mid pipes are you running?)

Tony

Nice work, thanks for the pictures.

I would really have to take some very exact measurements to see if the piping would fit.

I have Pfadt coil overs and sway bars and non stock front fender wells. Access to the air filters will be brutal and I might have to pull the front fascia off to gain access.

Does the tire hit the passenger air inlet ? That looks tight.

Tony I can tell you with certainly that if the kit does not exactly fit we can certainly work with it.

There are really only two places that would be of concern.
1. The passenger side filter piping
2. The drivers side filter piping

I am sure it is something we can work with... if you can get George or I some pictures of the wheel weels we can see what we can do. Also the newest version of the piping does not rub on a stock wheel setup.

You cannot go wrong with this setup.

With the exact combo I built for you with the engine and a TTiX kit, Phil has put well over 800 to the wheels on 14 psi.

More than you will need...
