Isn't it amazing what a little 346 can do?...and not just a one hit wonder, but backed by a series of 9.2X runs!

Sonny , Your car was a fu&king animal today , and so consistent , great driving . Congrats on the new Supercharged record , and to do it with stock cubes . Put some lightweight brakes and a powerglide in it and you'd be in the 8's .

Congrats on being the quickest Cartek IRS C5 , now that you went quicker than me , I"ll have to turn up the boost , I'm taking you out at the next rental , I'll be on a race gas tune soon.

Congrats again bro .

Big props to Cartek and RPM .

Look at the 60'....WOW...

What kind of tranny? 4L60E?

Stock cubes doesnt mean anything anymore. Thats already been proven a hundred times over, but the simple fact that you did it in a C5 is awesome..

Great Job Guys..

Who's bracket system on the procharger?
Stock Half shafts?
What kind of diff?

Is this a "Real" street car, or is it more of a race car?

Regardless, huge Kudos are in order.

What's been proven a hundred times over ? What have you done with stock cubes ? Your acting like there's plenty of C5's running around with stock cubes and running 9.2 . Running 9.2 in a 346 CID IRS C5 is a huge accomplishment .

Ohhh God, Theres no need to get all wadded up.

In 1 post I "Praised" the run 4 times.

What I was saying was REGARDLESS of wether it was a 347 or a 1047, it was an AWESOME job.. There are dozens of 347's deep into the 9's. Thats what I was meaning. Not taking ANYTHING away from the run.. It is pheonominal..

The tranny is a RPM turbo 400
The bracket is the stock ATI bracket with an eight rib pulley set up
F1a spinning at 18lbs
Diff is a 342 with harden out put shafts nothing special>>

Everybody's def of street car is different.
Is this car driven on the streets??? yes!!
Does this car look stock??? yes!!
Can I pick up a hot chick with the top down?? yes!!
Can I go 9.2 in the 1/4?????? yes!!

So I think I found the best of both worlds!!!!! :cheers

No problem , first you said " hundreds " , , now it's dozens , you'd be lucky to find an even dozen , 9-sec 346 C5's out there . Looking forward to seeing some of your builds put up some track numbers in the future .
