That's the TVS we have been talking about for a long time. That's what I was wanting to do, but I'm tired of waiting. I spoke with Kenny Duttweiler about it. That's a 434 with 9.5:1 compression I think. I spoke with Callaway about it and they told me they're expecting to release this blower at the end of 08 or 1st quarter of 09. We'll see how much Maggie trash talk goes on when someone puts this on their car and puts down a 9 sec. qtr mile.
I shouldn't be posting since EVERYONE knows i'm biased but I'll stir the pot a bit.
434 and 950 at the crank, so that's around 800 rwhp? BUT notice that engine had no accessories either-so lose another 30 or so. So now we have 770. I don't know but a 770 horsepower 434 is not that impressive to me. Didn't Jeff make like 800+ with his KB and 402?

Undertakers forged 346 with a paxton turned over 800rwhp with LS6 heads..
low end power is impressive, never drove a maggie car but im curious to know how docile they are when you want them to be.
There is suppose to be 2 sizes of the TVS, and that's the 2300. It's simular to the blower that is on the new ZR1.
There is the MP1900 and MP2300. It is exactly what's going on the ZR1. Eaton makes all of the blowers. Other companies make them vehicle specific. TRD, Magnuson, Callaway, etc. Magnuson doesn't call it the TVS, but Eaton does. Still the 160 degree helix, 4 lobe rotors
Here is the Eaton information. I hope the link is ok since they don't sell to the public.

I wouldn't say it's exactly the same. Rotor wise it is it is, but different set-up. The ZR1 uses a whole different casting and has a top mounted intercooler.
Right. That's all I'm saying. It's the TVS or MP2300 (whichever you want to call it ) with a different housing. It is Eatons product without any doubt.

A member here has already run 9s with an MP112.

don't get your hopes up, that is the Harrop manifold which as I said long ago, sits way too far back to be used in a C5. Notice the final drive at the rear of the blower which is behind the block.
I have the drawings for that mount and you'd need to cut into the windshield to fit it on.
Magnuson doesn't have the exclusive from Eaton anymore so anyone can buy and adapt the TVS blowers at this time.
