STS low numbers....
Basic info on the car is 2001 C5,317 heads with dual valve springs, TSP 224R cam on 116 LSA,SPEC stage 3,EWP,60lb injectors. On 11#'s the car only made 507 hp and 546 trq. With all the other "stock" STS cars putting down almost that much power on 7 or 8#'s don't my numbers seem awfully low? The dyno used was a dynojet too. Any insight is appreciated.

The boost is being measured from the intake manifold, there is no boost leak.I looked at the AFR chart and it doesn't seem to be overly rich either.Anything else?

I don't know anything about that cam so you may want to look at the specs. Your 317 heads drop compression so you will make less power at say 8psi than a stock LSx will make at the same boost level. And as RJW asks, timing, as well as AF, octane, etc will all play a role.
Also, doesn't STS have some dyno guidelines like to remove the tail lights and some other things? Did you follow those guidelines?

Yes we followed the guidelines as stated by STS, the timing has about 16 degrees in it, the AFR is around 11:1 throughout the pull, however they were shutting it off around 6000rpm, I was under the impresion that the cam should be able to pull up to 6500.Do you think I would be better off to switch the heads out and put on a stock set of LS6 heads?

take out the tail lights to dyno? wth? the 224r cam has more intake than exhaust i believe. i also think you want more exhaust on your cam than intake with a turbo setup.

The 224R cam is a single pattern 224/224 .581/.581 on a 116.Speed Inc.'s turbo cam is very similar being a 225/225 so I don't think that the cam is the problem with the setup. Also STS wants the taillights out because the air intake is behind them, being on a dyno there is no air circulating under the car and they believe the sytem may become starved for air with the lights being in.It's kind of funny that this thread has been here awile and the STS regional manager hasn't chimed in yet....

I am not a Vette tuner, but all of the FI cars I have owned ( I have owned a handful ) have been tuned with an air fuel ratio of 12.0:1 at wide open throttle. Some of my cars had EGT's and my temps were never too high. So it seems to me that you are leaving a handful of power on the table due to running rich. Hopefully a good corvette tuner will chime in and give his 2 cents. I say lean it out while watching egt's if possible and knock retard until you see some knock and then richen it up a hair until it goes away. Then verify it with a true load ( on the street ). Your numbers will definitely improve if you are allowed to lean it out some without any knock.
